In the middle of Frankfurt’s city centre, at Börsenplatz, the “Taurus” building was extensively deconstructed and fully refurbished. The goal was to breathe new life into this distinctive structure – high-quality, modern, and with a strong focus on user comfort. Besides the impressive architecture, the planners placed particular emphasis on the green inner courtyards: green oases offering retreat within the dense urban environment.

Our senior benches have been specifically designed with comfort and functionality in mind: an ergonomically raised seat and pleasant seating comfort ensure relaxed sitting, while wide, slightly lowered armrests make it easier to sit down and stand up. The steeper backrest and straight seat provide additional support when standing up, and additional pedals playfully promote the strengthening of leg muscles.

A unique senior living project has opened in Vahrn: 7 units for 84 residents, 30 assisted apartments, public gardens, playground & sports area, canteen & bar, medical practices, hairdresser & laundry – all under one roof!

As a holder of the Level 2 sustainability label, we are on the right path to a sustainable future.

Meran was one of seven European cities chosen to take part in the EU environmental project JUSTNature. The goal: to make cities greener and more livable – for people and for nature. In Meran, a previously underused green space was selected and completely reimagined together with local residents.

Our company will be closed for holidays from Monday 11th of August to Friday 22nd of August 2025!
